Ladies/Gentlemen,

On behalf of the Christ Renews His Parish mission team, we welcome you with open arms and hearts to the Christ Renews His Parish weekend retreat for men/women. We think it will be a great weekend, a fun and spiritually rewarding time for you to experience the overwhelming, unconditional and continuous love that God has for each of us.

Please plan on arriving at PARISH at TIME am Saturday DATE. Please park in the lot by Put location here .

The weekend will end at around 4:30p.m. Sunday, after a light dinner. You will have attended Mass.

This is a very full weekend, so dress comfortably. Only comfortable clothes and shoes allowed!!

You may want to layer clothing due to variations in temperatures throughout the building.

Here is a list of items you may want to bring (EDIT ACCORDING TO YOUR PARISH NEEDS):

·         Sleeping bag with bed linens, and a pillow, or an air mattress

·         NO Additional SLEEPING ITEMS PROVIDED

·         Toiletries (face soap, toothbrush, makeup, wash cloth, etc.) and medications;

·         NO SHOWERS AVAILABLE

·         Change of clothes, plus a jacket or sweater;

·         If you wear contacts, please be aware that Saturday is a long day of activities;

·         No strong perfume please

·         2 large bottles of soda or juice to share with the group

OTHER PARISH INSTRUCTIONS – bring your own refillable water bottle

Meals and snacks are provided during the retreat. If you have special dietary needs that you did not list on your registration form, please let us know. Please leave watches, cell phones, pagers, ipods, etc. at home.

In addition to the weekend dates, plan a few hours for a follow-up meeting at the church on DATE beginning at TIME p.m. in the LOCATION. (check with mission committee about parish scheduled date.)

We are so looking forward to seeing you and spending this special time together. Please contact us with questions or comments. If something comes up and you are unable to attend, please let us know right away, so we can try to fill your spot. While we’ll never be able to replace you, someone else might be able to come in your place!
